I have 9 years of management experience, with the last 6 years being dedicated to the Executive Recruiting and Staffing industries. Before joining Analog Solutions, I was employed with one of the largest recruiting organizations in the country; I have been involved in all facets of Account Management, specializing in Executive Recruitment and Staffing for Hi-Tech engineering disciplines. I have been responsible for securing and maintaining accounts, contract development, bid submittals, organizational development, employee career development, recruiting, staffing, traditional and diversity hiring/programs, labor relations, offer presentation, acceptance and compensation/benefits analysis..

Holds a Bachelors of Science Degree and is currently pursuing his MS Human Resource Mangement
