Bob Vogt is the founder of Vision 2020, Ltd started in 1996. Vision 2020 Ltd. started as a consulting group for IT services in the government and education markets. Bob has over 20 years of IT and technology experience working in several levels of sales and management at Pitney Bowes, NCR and CompUSA. After a few years Vision 2020 Ltd. contracted a project to find 7 Progress programmers which we successfully did. This was our start in recruiting, and we haven't looked back.

Bob Vogt has recently launched a new venture called "Career Ready Xchange". This brings together the supply and demand side of the recruiting business and offers technical professionals career guidance.
