Aventure Staffing and Professional Services was formed in July,1983 in Sioux City, Iowa. Aventure currently operates 7 locations in the Midwest. As our clients business' grew and their locations expanded, Executive Search Associates (ESA) was formed to meet their expanding national staffing requirements in mid to senior level positions.

Today ESA has re-organized and each search consultant specializes in recruiting for a specific discipline or niche where they have first hand experience.
