Balanced Career Solutions, Inc. is an Executive Search Firm specializing in mid-high level technical and managerial positions within Information Technology. We work with small privately held companies to Fortune 500 companies throughout the country, with an emphasis in Ohio.

My niche market is within Information Technology. I work with clients of varying sizes and candidates with experience in a variety of disciplines, including Network Infrastructure, Application/Software Development, IT Audit, Call center technology, and Learning Management Systems. I also work with Executive level IT candidates throughout the country and have placed a number of Senior and Executive level managers over the past 4 years.
My candidate pool also includes talent within Technical Sales, Accounting/Finance, Engineering, and Human Resources through networking and referrals.

Although the majority of my business revolves around permanent placement, I do offer contract or contract to hire for my clients as well. I currently have a couple of contractors on long term contracts and would like to increase that number.
