I began my search career in 1977 with Dorsey Love and Associates, a nationwide firm with a number of specialties. I established their Pharmaceutical/Medical Device Division. In 1982 I left to form my own company, Jim Crumpley & Associates and have operated as a sole proprietor since that time. My focus is primarily in technical, scientific or engineering areas of the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industries to specifically include Quality Assurance/Control, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, R&D, Engineering, etc. Jobs worked are primarily contingency fee positions with salary ranges from $60-175,000, staff level to Vice President. I have networked with other recruiters for 33 years and appreciate the fact that we are more successful when we work together. Toward that end I will always do my best to provide current information on all candidates and will work your candidates just like I would my own. I am not afraid to earn my half of the fee.
