Career Professionals Inc. has been serving southeastern manufacturers since 1985. Since staffing is a people business and job satisfaction is extremely important to most people, and we are in the business of helping people increase their satisfaction with their daily tasks. "Pride" and "Professionalism" are two words that are very important to CPI. Naturally we subscribe to the NAPC Code of Ethics and are members in good standing of both the national and state personnel associations.

We are primarily a contingency search firm - meaning that we only get paid a fee by the employer if we are successful in finding the right candidate for their opening. We also do some contract and retained search work, but there is never a fee to the applicant.

Because we have worked with most of our client companies for several years, we often hear about openings that are never advertised. We typically have between 20 and 30 open job requisitions that we could fill if we could find the right people for the job! Our objective is to present our clients with candidates who are clearly better than those they can surface through their own recruiting efforts.

We select the top 5% of all applicants that we see and then strive to bring to those applicants multiple career choices. Over 60% of our candidates come to us by referral from other satisfied candidates and clients. That should tell you a lot about us and how professionally we represent the candidates we select.
