My areas of specialization are rather general. I work the Chemical process industry, refining and marketing, medical device, software, some manufacturing, and some Utility Gas and Electric, positions are varied and could be engineering or non-engineering. I am client focused and work mostly of whatever positions they need filled. Salaries range primarily 60K and up. Most of my business is repeat business with clients that I have developed over the years. Primarily I work exclusive assignments with some retainer mixed in. As owner I also manage 4 emloyees and work a desk full time.
