Kristin began in the recruitment industry in 1990 and has a broad range of recruiting abilities specializing in sales, high technology, and a variety of other areas. She has sold, recruited and managed in a multitude of geographic locations for many Fortune 1000 and multi-national organizations.

She loves what she does and prides herself on her excellent sense of being able to match candidates to the requirements, and most importantly, her integrity.

Kristin is happily married to her husband Everett, is a step-mom of four and became a new first time mom of "Olivia Eden" in December of 2003.
